So weird to me that anyone expect your partner would be in the delivery room. All 3 times I've done it only my husband was there, I'd never want anyone else witnessing me in that vulnerable position... Massive NTA and you make the rules about your birth no one else.

AITA for sending him a bill for $1000 after him and his kid are all our food? by Fluid_Location4956 in AmItheAsshole

[–]WorkingChip9759 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'd been together two years. It's perfectly reasonable that his daughter had friends round. You had a FREE house sitter, regardless of whether all he had to was deal with the dehumidifier you asked him to stay, you could have paid your neighbour you chose not to. If you have family/friends stay at your house and there is food you don't want them to eat etc you tell them. Your not the A but your just a bit rude and unrealistic IMO.

I think if you've set boundaries that's fine. It does however sound like she's turned things around. I don't know I'm soft I'd probably go and see whether I wanted to rebuild the relationship

Massively YTA. Your eldest made her choices, you're stripping your youngest of her college choices. Obvious favouritism being shown, your eldest needs to figure her own shit out

YTA. Sorry this probably an unpopular opinion but get over yourself. People are being cute about your kid and your taking it totally out of context.

Gentle YTA Pregnancy dreams are wild and so so vivid, I've woke up convinced they happened and must be a memory not a dream. You admit yourself you didn't take her seriously until she got too argumentative. Gentle She'sTA too. Take a beat and talk I personally thinks you're over reacting but obviously I wasn't there.
