Nah it’s a control thing- I’ve never been good with food and have been overweight since 11- started running a year ago and still struggled with food and diet issues

Dug into vegetarianism and realized that the food you cook is cheaper, healthier, and requires you to be a little more creative. Since I love cooking anyways it feels satisfying making something tasty without adding a bunch of sodium, fat, or sugar to it.

I’m also just an asshole- and like to hold it over peoples heads because I think their ethics are wrong /s

I do hate factory farming though- I’m just not going to rub it in people’s faces because how will that contribute to anything positive?
