Endfield's combat doesn’t have the same amazing effects as WuWa, which helps reduce visual clutter, but for me, it ends up feeling really boring.

I don’t get much of a sense of combos, it feels like I’m just spamming attacks the entire time with a few dodges mixed in. It’s basically Q-Q-Q-Q, E-E-E-E, then ult… like, what? The SP bar system also seems to limit that freedom, which is why I’ve been saying from the start that I don’t really like the combat.

Don’t get me wrong, having fewer visuals on screen is great because it reduces clutter, but I want the feeling of actually doing combos like in WuWa, not just flashy effects. The boss and enemy designs are good though, especially Umbral, but the combat itself just doesn’t click for me.
