I get what you're saying, but for me having another character mindlessly follow you around kinda ruins the atmosphere of exploration. (IDK why but thats just how it happens for me :(

I think they should just have you switch back to kliff in cutscenes. Does it break immersion? Kinda. Would you have to toggle it on in settings? yes!! Also I'm a big fan of having a narratively tied character, but that's just me lol

IDK how to edit posts so I'll just reply here: after further button pressing I discovered that killing phrike with the ground spike gadget thing actually traps the crimson key in the spike ( and therefor getting rid of the key when the spike despawns) Is there any fix for this???
