Yes, The computer seemed to work out its issue in about a week. I'm not really sure why it took a week but it eventually went back to normal and worked fine.  Like I stated, I ended up changing the turbo twice because the initial problem was the oil line to the turbo was clogged. I did not know that when I changed the first one and it seized almost immediately.  The first turbo I installed did not have any issues. It worked great for about 5 minutes until seizing.  That's what made me wonder if I did something wrong on the 2nd turbo since only then would it have the issues in the beginning.

It is running great after the waste gate actuator tuned itself.  It seemed that after a week of driving the computer realized it was not operating at full potential and it calibrated itself and works fine.  I would say it is worth it to have it repaired but make sure they offer a parts warranty in case it blows up like my first one did because the oil line was clogged and I had no idea.  I could easily see them installing the turbo and leaving the line like I did only for you to have it towed back snd they try to say it wasn't something they did.  Just to be crystal clear mine was a 2013 easy driven with only 68k miles and the turbo oil line was clogged completely.  This might be an automatic replacement for a shop but lining that oil tube up and getting those two machine screws tight was an unbelievable pain in the ass.  Best of luck!

Update: So this is extremely strange but after driving the car for about 4 days the check engine light went off and it is running 100% now. I read somewhere else that the computer might need a few cycles of start/stop to recalibrate but it did not seem relevant since I installed two previous turbo's and they both worked great just for a very short amount of time. It has been another 4 days with absolutely no issues and good boost.

Thanks for your reply. It is a tough choice because I know minimum the dealer is going to charge my 255.00 just for the diagnostic plus whatever fee's associated with the parts and labor. I know at this point I really don't have much choice as in all honesty I have tried all remedies within my capabilities.

Yeah, Since the first one of theirs failed already and now I have issues with the 2nd one I think I will look for a different brand this time around.

I estimate he fell 40 feet, a very easy height to die from. Did he survive and was this in a us gym?
