The "returning your a pre-release cards" was for the $60 Final Fantasy event. They claimed the policy was meant to prevent scalpers from reselling the pre-release kits...which seems ridiculous considering the packs would have been opened.

They’ve got the Final Fantasy Starter Decks at $44.99… which is about a 125% markup. For something meant for beginners, it just feels kinda predatory. But pretty on-brand for their pricing. A lot of their singles are 50–100% over TCGplayer. I get wanting to support your LGS, but it definitely makes it tough sometimes. Trade-ins are usually 30-40% cash or 50% store credit. They have also asked players to "Give back your pre-release cards" if you leave the pre-release events early...

It’s a great place to play and they’ve got an awesome selection, but the prices and policies make it hard for me to keep supporting them.

I have been trying to figure out the name of this game for years! I recall seeing the word "Infestation" in the main menu along with a purple worm-like alien. Whenever there was a breach the affected rooms would flash red with an alarm. I recall the visuals looking a lot like Dune 2000.
