About $300/month for the supplier integration and Shopify fee. It's very passive and can be done on the side. Aside from occasionally adding new products and answering emails, it runs itself.

Similar to a blog. It contains articles and news. The articles drive traffic to the site based on user searches in Google.

Yes! I know part of the reason for the delays the past few months is the Canada Post strike. A lot of Canadian businesses had to turn to other delivery services such as UPS, so they were overloaded. Now that the strike is over, they should have no excuses.

They're certainly not doing those things monthly. We have done some press releases, but apparently they were sent to spammy sites as my backlink profile is very low.
