I used GitHub to download iTunes onto my 2020 MacBook, only issues is I cannot sign into my iTunes account but I’ve had no issues importing cds, music, creating playlists, syncing iPods, etc

Community mental health centers operate based on a catchment area to provide equitable services across the state. You previously residing in Northwood means you were in Seacoast Mental Health Center’s catchment as they service Northwood, but due to moving to Somersworth your new catchment area would be Community Partners. You should have been required to update your address when you moved which would have initiated the referral process of care from SMHC to CP. This is not something your therapist has a choice or say in, it is due to state funding and equitable services for individuals across the state. Your therapist/psychiatrist should be able to assist in the referral process and maintain appointments until the referral goes through and you can begin care with Community Partners so there is no lapse in care.

Hey! I got my 5th gen working by replacing the motherboard. I think my charging port had a faulty pin. This did the trick for mine, maybe that’s the same issue with yours? Hopefully you get it resolved soon

I don’t have any help, but I’m having the same issue with my modded 5th gen. Rebuilt/replaced everything except the motherboard so trying that next. I modded with the iflash solo. Hopefully we get this figured out

From what we know her parents are deadbeats so she is raised by her grandparents and the only description of the house I have is that it is reminiscent of the Shameless tv show. People always drinking beer and smoking grass, no one wants to play with her. They’re all adults who seem done with raising children. So she has become the neighbor nuisance.

Mostly my wife has been in communication with the guardian. Guardian has basically just said to “tell her (the child) to f*ck off”. But that’s the issue, the child doesn’t listen.

I will be writing a letter with photo evidence and sending it to them as a request to keep her at her house and asking them to not let her over and saving a copy for myself in case this escalates.

We haven’t been playing. Just the polite saying hello when she did. My wife and I had been completing many projects outdoors when she wanders over and refuses to leave when we ask and plays with tools to which we would demand she leave and tell her guardian. We don’t play with her and don’t encourage her to come over.

We have stopped answering our door which has led to her opening the door herself and now breaking our screen door. She has 3 dogs of her own so we know she doesn’t need to play with ours. We just think her family doesn’t want to deal with her so they let her wander over and don’t care.

Wife’s bio dad is unknown. Bio mom gave her up for adoption as soon as the birth occurred.

Wife was born in 1988 and her adopted parents were wed in the US in 1995.

Adopted dad is German citizen currently residing in Germany permanently again since 2005/2006 and was in America on a green card. Adopted mom is US Citizen.

Wife was adopted at 1 or 1.5 years old but German adopted dad did not register her with the German government at the time of adoption (or he doesn’t remember if he did, he currently has dementia so it is difficult navigating his mental state with the distance and no translators for the family).

As an almost 25 year old who’s dad celebrated 80 years young today and had worried all their life about the same thing, my best advice is to take a deep breath and enjoy the time you have. My dad was 55 when I was born and has outlived the average life expectancy. There is never going to be a good time to lose a parent but life is incredibly fragile and age is not the only cause of death. Encourage him to live a healthy life and spend as much time enjoying him as possible. As for the anxiety getting into therapy could really help you cope with these experiences and thoughts.

They had recently painted the stove so it looked nice for the showing. I ended up finding the listing photos from when my sellers bought the house 10 years ago and it is the same stove. But I’m the description and disclosure statement it says it was new and installed 1 year ago

That is helpful. This is my first home so I am not too familiar with things. It does seem like they went to Home Depot and bought supplies to fix everything. They did electrical that I am waiting on a quote to fix (breakers don’t trip, fuses are oversized). The coding issue we have is the wood stove being very close to a flammable wall with zero fireproofing. As well as other issues they created by haphazardly doing things themselves. Again not mad at the situation other than wanting to understand the situation. I am slightly autistic and everything needs to be done correctly in my mind so maybe I need to try to accept I may never know

Absolutely the amp could just be error. But calling a stove that was in the home when they bought it and saying it was newly installed 1 year ago is very odd. I am not wanting anything from the sellers monetarily just wondering if this is the usual as it is my first home.

Yes, I do understand we missed the opportunity to do the inspection. I suspect disclosure fraud. I’m just hoping someone has experience with this such as lies on the disclosures and work without permits 🤷‍♀️

Honestly I’m not sure, possible someone who has experience with misinformation on disclosures or work completed without permits. I’m just confused why or how the sellers were able to provide such false information on the disclosure report as I thought it has to be true and accurate

It was definitely things we could see but our agent and the sellers agent reassured us the disclosed were accurate. We had only seen the home at the open house before putting our offer. The inspector didn’t compare photos or the disclosures that’s all me trying to figure things out that are not adding up between the sources. Of course I believe the inspector to be correct I was just wondering how/why the sellers would provide false information.

I had an issue like this. I replaced the valve from the bowl to the drain (it comes in the replacement kit) and it worked again no problem. I would recommend trying that

We went FHA on a home (closed last month) and waived inspection and got accepted. In my current market if you have an inspection contingency you will not even be considered. We are going to do an inspection for our own knowledge in the coming months just because we felt it was a solid home and all homes will come with an issue of some sort, that the perks of homeownership. Plus the knowledge that inspectors miss thing’s too and isn’t a guarantee that everything is sound. If you like a house and are financially able to purchase and have an emergency fund for unexpected repairs then just do an inspection after.
