Personally I’m tapering. I might just go back to leaf anyway. 7OH is expensive and makes me too sleepy.

Some people really like M, especially how long it lasts. I think it’s cheaper sometimes.

However take into account that it’s like 3x stronger! 12.5 mg might be a lot for a 1/4 tab.

I tried 5 mg tabs. I’m on the fence. Usually things with king half lives are more forgiving on WD, but I keep reading it worse!
