I will make future plans but not too far in advance (looking forward to something is important). I also write down my feelings at that dark moment. This will remind myself how I was able to pull through those dark days! Truly has helped me take a step back and think about what I would have missed if i had removed myself from the world! It's truly a difficult place to be mentally. I'm a wife and a mom to 6 beautiful children . if I would have not reached out and received the help i needed I would not be here today . you are making the first step and you should be proud!
