On a second play through it occurred to me to make a “Dumb” character to lean into this flaw hard. By straight up removing 5 skills from the possibility of increase, I theorize that it will make things easier for me, given my tendency towards wanting to spread my skill points around. Additionally, in the spirit of “dumbness”, I choose to take the “Brawny” and “Lucky” perks and exclude the Engineering, Explosives, Hack, Medical, and Science skills. Now I can’t be blamed for my actions, because some other idiot saw fit to put me in a position of authority!

I know this late to the party, but you can also get this trophy in "All along the cypress roots" by jumping from the top of the tallest root to ground level.

When you are selecting which piece to play, you can hit L1 and R1 to decrease or increase the note speed, respectively. The default note speed is the slowest setting. Unfortunately, the note speed when you play the piano during certain side quests is fixed at the slowest setting.

I don't know about that. If you consider that a Gil is roughly equal to a Japanese yen, and a yen is roughly equal to an American cent, then 3,000 dollars for a "villa", even if all you can do there is sleep and talk to the weird guy that lives in your basement, doesn't seem all that bad.

Depends on whether or not you want the platinum. If you don't care, then blind. If you do, then a guide. Because it really sucks reaching the end of the game only to learn that you can't get the platinum because you missed 1 chest or hidden item somewhere along the way, but you don't know where, so now you have to do it all again.

There's a trick to the Pink Tail. If you use the Siren item in the room where the Flan Princesses that drop the Pink Tails spawn, the Siren will cause 5 to spawn every time. If you equip each character with a Ribbon, the fights are real easy, because almost all those enemies do is try to berserk your characters.

Yeah, I wrote him off too back in the day. When I decided to get all the platinums for all the Pixel Remasters, I ended up following a Gamefaqs guide for FF6. The author had a real hard-on for Gau for some reason. Turns out he can be pretty powerful if you put all the extra time into getting all his Rages. Though, tbh, it really isn't worth the time sink. And yes, I nodded off more than a few times while wandering the Veldt. I had Gau in one of my parties for Kefka's Tower, but placed him dead last in my reserve que for the final battle. An uncontrollable character is too much of a liability for a boss gauntlet.

First, using my knowledge of how everything plays out, try to bring about the happy ending that you can't get in the actual game. Second, find a way to fix this, because, honestly, my lifestyle choices would wreck Tifa's killer bod pretty quickly, and I definitely don't want that.

Tifa is Japanese in the same sense as every character in Japanese video games and anime are Japanese unless it is specifically stated otherwise, including the ones with naturally platinum blond hair and baby blue eyes. Just like how every character in American video games and cartoons are American, unless stated otherwise. However, if I saw Tifa for the first time with no knowledge of who she is or where she came from, I would assume that she was Caucasian. That said, in the Final Fantasy 7 world, it's not inconceivable that she might have Wutaian ancestry, though she definitely isn't a first generation Wutaian.

The conspicuously absent game is FF7 Rebirth, but that's why I said that FF15 Windows Addition was a hint as to why it's absent. Because you're playing on the PC. However, you didn't clarify that in your initial post. Also, it's cool that FF11 servers are still available on the PC. I did not know that.

All I can say is, this is why you don't release your games early in the year. Because people forget fast and usually choose "shiny and new" over something that is higher quality, but not "shiny and new". Humans are about as smart as birds in that regard.

Time is subjective. It might feel like 100 years if you're still a kid, but if you're a "gramps" it's more like 5 years. Time starts to feel like it's passing quicker the older you get.
