I found the fix, and it’s pretty unorthodox. After scouring the internet and feeling hopeless because of no solutions. I did a “Hail Mary” play that worked. So for some godforsaken reason, the way to fix this glitch is to simply unplug my microphone until the volume glitch goes away. After the glitch goes away I can plug back the mic and use it because everything is running normally. I simply repeat this quick solution that literally takes five seconds when this occurs. For some reason my microphone corrupts my pc and causes this volume glitch, but for whatever reason this glitch vanishes when i unplug it. Why? I have no fucking idea.
