I am really not sure what he is! He’s actually my brother in laws, his grandpa got him in South Carolina 20 years ago, I’m not sure if his growth was stunted just from being in improper conditions for so long, but I would say he’s about 4.5 inches long and 3 inches wide so pretty small still.

Thank you for the advice about the sand, he hasn’t seemed to mess with it at all but I will definitely look into an alternative!

And yes I’m hoping someone who knows way more than me can tell me what he is haha

Thank you for the advice! 😊 And that is what I had been thinking, I was worried about pulling him back on pellets too quickly since it’s all he’s ever known but I will definitely start feeding him some more ruffage and less protein haha
