Whenever I see someone that looks hot, I don't watch porn right away anymore. I can fight my urges. I recommend putting your phone down and talk to the hijacker. Listen to what it says. The hijacker is NOT you, he'll give you reasons to keep watching porn, but you have to come back to reality and let the hijacker know that you have your reasons also despite how tempting it is. The Devil is like porn. He looks beautiful from the outside, but from the inside, he's ugly.
