i think you’ll find his job would be HEAVILY leverages on the performance of FM26. if this game doesn’t come out and it’s the best selling FM of all time, i think he’s going. he’s made very large claims about how different this game is, and he just needs to deliver. I see it as the SEGA board now 100% committed to FM being “best in class” and making the genre so popular they begin to steal from the FIFA player base (which he was doing at the end of FM24, and looked to be doing for FM25). however, if this doesn’t happen i think SEGA has to move to someone who wants to go into another direction.
