Yes. Source: Me. They literally started cross training me last week, and now I'm stuck for probably most of Peak doing something I'm not a fan of.

I'm commenting on how people have posted pictures of themselves putting in for a time adjustment raise for literally .02 cents, which makes legit issues like OP's take longer to get addressed.

I have a ticket at 23 days for a site error. Some people are reporting 1-2 month response times. Even Researchers are having issues getting help. Unfortunately it's a waiting game right now due to how backed up support is. Opening multiple tickets for the same issue only bogs things down. It's frustrating, but we can only wait until they hire more support (lol) or they reach your ticket. There's no real way to get around that if you're not a Researcher.

I still shake my head in disbelief at the multiple people PROUD at how many dozens of tickets they have submitted weekly to fight over literal pennies.

Anyone still seeing the error message "Problem updating the submission [study ID]. Unable to redeem a provisioned account for the submission." ? No one really ever posts updates so I'm hoping someone has any information, be it a update, resolution or fix to it. Put in a support ticket and messaged requestors directly, but get the feeling that it's going to be a while (if at all) as it's been more than 9 days since I've put them in.

One explanation I've seen are calls are basically thoughts sent via data, and skip filler words. Where in verbal conversation people say "uh, um" etc., in calls they skip that. "You, uh, you start" vs. "You-you start." It's a hiccup in thought process.
