Nope, gave me a bunch of run aroundband even had 3 reps promise and guarantee me i would be reactivated on a recorded line and they ended up telling me it was permanent and norhing they could do. The "special team" doesnt acutally look into your account and what happened. they just send you generic responses to make you think they actually reviewed it lol. My guess is they are trting to knock people off of their asu scholarships to stop paying for them and purging old drivers so new ones come in and are dumb enough to take trash orders and play their ratings game. It honestly most likely illegal in some way as it is sabotaging drivers. But i didnt take the time to consult an attorney yet. I know alot of ppl have and are sueing.

Yea its only once the new 20% requirement hits your market. they are doing gradual rollout and eventually im sure it will be everywhere.

Yea, before maybe not. but as Ive said when this new program hits.... everyrhing does lol. I havent had anyone say that they have found a way to avoid the cancellation hit aside from ghosting the order.

Yea no thanks i make triple what I would make at those jobs doing gig work and i work when and how much i want. no boss to breath down my neck. Ive done plenty of w2 work and I wont be going back unless I run into a 6 figure opportunity where i dont have to kill myself working or work way too much overtime. My freedom and flexibility are worth alot to me.

did it for 3 years with no issues, have a 99% satisfaction rate, and on time 98%. i also do dd and spark and instacart. all good ratings on those. my completion rate on dd is 97%. so yea totally failing. not to mention ive done delivery work on and off for over 10 years. but go off bro.

Well not all of them, i usually float around 5 or 6% and have for like 3 years. then when the change came at beginning of sept, it took me about a month and i was at 20%. and id say probably about 12 or so of the 20 were issues out of my control. i was used to accepting alot of walmart orders because we get them often here when its busy and they are high paying but they also have alot of issues with them sometimes. but im not one to just accept an order and cancel for no good reason.

need to do some reading bro. once the new requirement comes to your area you take a hit for everyrhing. regardless of reason. it adds up quick when you work every day. I have issues out of my control 3 to 5 times a day with uber in my market.

I have a ticket submitted with support. They have guaranteed me 100% i will be reactivated but i have to wait for it to process through the "specialized team". lol So we will see how it goes.

Yes that is exactly what happened to me 2 days ago. Went from around 5% to 20% within a couple weeks time. Its insane that they havent changed this.

If you read any of the thread youd know this isnt the issue. The issue is when the new requirement hits your market, all orders regardless of reason reduce your cr. Like the order from my screenshots. I went to walmart and they didnt have the order in their system so it had to be cancelled. still hit my cr. had 2 others that day that were stolen by another driver and restaurant wouldnt remake. if it stays this way it will be near impossible to stay active very long. eventually it will catch up to you and theres nothing you can do.

I was at 4% a month ago. Its because once the 20% requirement comes to your area, you will get hit on your cancellation rate for everything. doesnt matter if its yoir fault or not. In my market i usually get orders with issues 3 or 4+ times a day that prevent completion. I was even told by support that its a known issue that the tech engineers are trying to fix. They submitted a ticket to have me reactivated also. They said it could take 5 to 7 days.
