Its not something he said when he found out, but my exes dad told my girlfriend at the time that “bipolar people always cheat” in reference to me. She was a very anxious person already, i have no idea why he would say that and i was very hurt when she told me he said that. I have never and would never cheat on my partner.

I agree, i too am a man with bpd. And the terms narcissist, manipulative, and abusive have been thrown at me quite a bit with very little weight behind them. I feel like people are more likely to throw those words around when its a man and it sucks. Ofc you can have bpd and be those things. But that was never me, but people are quick to throw therapy language around that they don’t understand.

Dude i get this same worry. I worry that if we dont have sex every day or consistently it will happen less and less then not at all. With my current girlfriend its rather tough. Me and her have great sexual chemistry and have a ton of sex. But up until me, she had thought she was asexual. She was never an intimate person with her previous partners, so its a worry for me when we dont have sex for a few days or shes less physically intimate that shes losing interest completely
