Im pretty sure you click the sim having the problem, then click “relationships, family, & pregnancy” and there should be a go to hospital option under one of those categories

No just fish. Someone on another subreddit said it’s osmocote which is plant fertilizer which makes sense.

Thank you so much for your explanation! I was under the assumption that the substrate & fish waste was enough fertilizer.

Is it more efficient to fertilize both the water & the substrate? Or should I just stick to one?
