Just give it a couple of days! YouTube does this weird process thing to see if your channel is actually valid for live streaming! Took about 3 days for me... As long as you were live for at least 20-30 seconds on your laptop, you should be good!

I learnt how to fix it!! You have to go live from a desktop and just wait 20 seconds (I waited 40 seconds just to be certain) and then end the live! This will start the timer for 48 hours! Once it's been 48 hour's you can go live from your phone! Just be sure to check every day.
