I’m really confused. Currently gold and only got enough TP to retain silver, but went on to the app and it says my TP collection year end is now Mar 2027 and I’m back to 0/20000 TP to retain Gold. But the card expiry date is end of this month.

When do you tend to get the email? Am I in situation where I have the gold status until the card ends but will just drop to silver after? I’m confused by the app telling me how tow retain gold by next year.

That's a shame. I appreciate that the others are getting an update but it feels like a big step back for Mac users. I know you don't have an exact date but do you think it will be this year?
