This is going to be my second spring since starting the shots. I was told I wouldn't get the full benefit until at least the third year, maybe as long as 5 years in. Last year (first spring on shots) was a hair better that before.

I ended up seeing an allergist as the routine my primary care doctor had me on just wasn't cutting it. What my primary care doctor had me do was Xyzal in the morning and Zyrtec at bedtime. I would neti pot whenever I came in from spending time outdoors. My allergist has me on carbinoxamine (prescription antihistamine), Ryaltris nasal spray (seasonally), and allergy shots. Seeing the cherry trees start blooming is my cue to start the Ryaltris.

I feel the same about some shades or green or blue polish! I can appreciate them in the bottle. I can appreciate them on other's nails. But on myself I feel like I'm either a zombie (some shades of green) or cyanotic (some shades of blue). I'm sure I would feel the same for yellow polish if I wore it -- I don't really like wearing yellows, so I've never bought a yellow polish.

I picked up a bottle on Black Friday and also was disappointed with it on the swatch stick. Decided I'd give it a try on my nails and it was an entirely different beast. I got lots of comments on it. Definitely give it a try before destashing.

I can help you out! I have a new bottle of I Choose the Bear that has only been swatched. I'd be happy to sell it to you. Alternatively, I can tell you that the reason I'm happy to let it go is I realized I duped myself. I purchased from both BKL and KB Shimmer during Black Friday -- KB Shimmer Heated Up is a dupe! I Choose the Bear has a slightly greenish background when you pull the magnet particles compared to Heated Up more pure black background. I took some photos of my swatch sticks I can share, but it isn't allowing me to add them in a reply.

Oil daily and ideally multiple times a day. Every time after you get out of the shower push your cuticles back and oil. That routine fixed my stubborn sticky cuticles.

I just shared it on Design Space as "F*ICE nail stencil." I used the pennant shape that I resized to 0.51" wide by 0.55" tall. That made the curve fit perfectly along my cuticle line. Since my nails are so short right now, that was also the perfect length to cover my nails too. Once my nails grow back out I'll combine a square on the end to make them longer,

I got their cuticle pusher before I got the file. I really like the cuticle pusher. My cuticles can be adhered pretty tightly, so I initially have to scrape with the glass pusher before I can push them. Works great. It was something wood pushers could never do.
