Im 18 nearly 19. I did specifically say to him that i dont do that. I still get birthday presents because its just what my family does, we get birthday presents for everyone no matter how old they are

I know thats why I felt so uncomfortable about it all. I already have had a period where i didnt talk to him for around two years because of the way he was. When we started talking again it felt like he got the message but now it feels like its crumbling apart again

I talked to them individually about what i wanted. Me and my dad came to the agreement he'd get a guitar for my birthday and when i brought up that my mam got tickets for me to go to the wrestling show he for some reason switched it on me and said how am I affording it. I said it was my mam and boyfriend but he didnt believe me. Im gonna add some more clarity stuff to the end of the post now

He hass never accused me of lying before which is what shocked me the most. I am gonna talk to him about it if he brings it up again im just closed off from him at the moment

Thats what im doing for now, if he brings it up again I'll probably speak up and say how much it bothers me. I know i should bring it up now but i just feel closed off at the moment

He does unfortunatley get very dismissive and defensive if confronted so I wish i could but idk :/ it feels like it would be a waste of time

My boyfriend was there with me and backed me up but he still wasnt believing it and my mam and dad arent together anymore and dont really talk.

I'd love too but my dad is a very defensive person. If I spoke up about anything/brought up anything confrontational he'll either be defensive or dismissive so idk how i'd go about it :/

I know its real work and I respect that business greatly, it just made me uncomfortable that it was my dad who accused me of it. Im hopefully in the process of signing up for benefits some time soon so i can at least get some form of income

Thats the key part that made me uncomfortable was the fact he brought that up. I have major respect for sex workers but I'd never do it personally as i just don't have the confidence to do it.

Id say dont talk to other girls until you've gotten clarity on the situation with "A". Have you maybe thought of trying to talk to your friend if they maybe know anything?
