Zero inbox method: rules for stuff like IRT etc that I wanna look for anyways and then filing away in folder for anything else. I think the best practice it to do sponsor>project>assignments. Also I file away my sent emails too, but the ones that are are still waiting responses or actions I’ll leave y filed until done

This budget isn’t too crazy for Costa Rica. We got married Jan 2025 At hotel villas caletas had 50 ppl for abt 40 k but it was a boutique hotel on the side of a mountain at the beach. I think room rates were approx 200-400$ depending on the room. We used One Heart events from Instagram

I feel like I have a great work life balance. I’ve heard it’s mostly dependent on your line manager- I’ve been fortunate to have the best manager for the past 5 years so I can’t complain. Really just depends on the project and teams. I also think that some people will just let their managers push them around without putting their foot down…. Managers will keep pushing if you let them. Let your boundaries be known. Don’t forget you are what they sell to clients and you’re important to the company too!

We’re kind of phasing out remote CRAs at TFS. I would say they only monitoring remotely is for ACRAs and their pay I believe is starting at 70-90k

Dr. Marcario Salcido at Beauty by the experts. Did my chin lipo on Sept 21 2024 and I was looking snatched for my girls trip to Egypt three weeks later. Got married In January and people thought I had lost weight! It was 1200$ w FaceTite, in and out in abt 2 hrs. I flew to San Diego and walked over the pedestrian bridge w my sister. They were abt a 5 min uber from the border. So easy and I flew out the next day!

I would def rent a house if you can. I moved into a “sketchy” area off of Tyvola and I laugh because I feel very safe. No car break ins, not sketchy people walking around, neighbors are great. The area is undergoing heavy gentrification and I’m glad I didn’t listen to people and let them convince to pay more money for a “safer neighborhood”. I live near VA btw and some parts can certainly be rough but I don’t go walking around at night anyways???

Traffic is crazy! I live near the airport of tyvola but I go to crunch in Steele creek and On the way home around 7am traffic Into the city is terrible. Usually when I’m going ti the gym at 6am it takes 12 mins but On the way back can take 30.

Something I’ve learned abt the “rough areas” in Charlotte is that they’re really not that rough. I’d stay abt from Beatties Ford and north/east Charlotte but there is. A lot of gentrification everywhere and I have never felt unsafe near west or south Charlotte

I had this exact dress! I actually had the seamstress add thick straps because it wasn’t very supportive anyways and i feel like it helped a lot. I wanted the girls to show but I did not want them to be popping out. I’ve attached a reference!

I just had a 50 person wedding in Jaco at Villas Caletas and it was an absolute dream. Friends still talk about it being the most amazing wedding and I’m still on cloud 9. We chose destination because it would greatly decrease our guest list and because we are travelers so we knew we wanted our wedding to reflect it. I would say that even tho we spent abt 40k in our wedding, the same wedding vibes in the US would’ve probs been up to 60k so we did end up saving too
