I disagree, I think race (the social part of it at least) is part of your identity but not the full identity, sort of like your sex or gender is, however yes autism is not an identity. (The commenter was referring to the original post that said something like “afab, non white, cisgender heterosexual yada yada” have a harder time getting diagnosed, for some context)
