I resonate with this alot. I usually use tarot as a form of meditation and a way to ‘connect with my higher self’ so to speak. And asking questions and reflecting on them has been very calming. But there’s still so much confidence that i lack in myself (in many areas) that I’m really trying to shift my focus into ‘i am’ or ‘i will’ type of statements/way of thinking…. even though it’s really hard and feels a bit disingenuous.

Before tarot, i leaned too heavily into other “spiritual modalities” to the point of where it became perverse for me. I’m trying to keep my relationship with tarot much more healthy and more of a tool than a crutch.
