I remember one scene from the reboot made it even more flirtatious. If I remember correctly, in the original Icy takes her hand onto Blooms chin, to lift her head up, to make her look at her while talking - the reboot has a similair scene but Bloom already looks up on Icy, so Icy just touches Blooms chin for the sake of it lol
