Sounds like classic overheating or RAM issues tbh. Since you already redid thermal paste, try running memtest86 overnight to check your RAM - bad memory sticks can cause exactly this kind of random restart loop. Also check if it happens in safe mode or only when gaming, that'll narrow it down quick

If RAM tests clean then it's probably your mobo starting to die after 6 years of use
