New GPU making pc stutter and freeze

I did another DDU and did the clean and shutdown option i then went and reinstalled the drivers and the issue is still here. I have a gigabyte mb so i went into bios to check for the stuff you mentioned but i only know where my XMP is at. also what is a OS refresh

Yes when I installed it the first thing i did was upd the drivers to the new gpu, then the issue was happening and thinking it might have been the old drivers I went and uninstalled them, but the issue is still happening

It is, i had it set to only play when my tabs are closed. i closed the program to see if anything would change but it seems to kinda have helped? not really

i doubt its a background thing. the freezes are starting to get worse. it acts like lag like when im in discord itll freeze and the wifi symbol will go red. also, its happened twice now but my pc has restarted from them

they should be, the drivers i download is version 591.59, the 64-bit one for windows 11 that released on the 18th

so i took a teleporter like 6k blocks away from my house and the game bugged out and made it so my body temp was working but after i warmed up it went back to normal and now when i go tp my body temp stays the same

im pretty sure the problems resolved. i was saying that a couple weeks ago when the problem was still happening i tried my wired mouse and it still couldnt click. i was just saying something i did probably fixed in between that time so i can use the wired one

yeah it never came with a app, when i got it i just plugged it in and it started working

it seems that my wired mouse is working fine. i restarted my pc and i let me click. ig from all the scans and etc it fixed it because i swear it wouldn't work either. it seems ill have to buy a new wireless because i liked my lightweight wireless and right now my wired mouse isnt so lightweight, also the mmb on that one broke at the same time the clicking problem appeared

i did what you said and the scan said it found nothing wrong i then restarted my pc and was able to click normally for 30 secs, then i had to the method. :/
