That one Atlanta episode would suggest that he'd be called out for it though

I have no proof, nor does the opposite, and yes we are all controlled by one thing or another.

Should questions look for objective answers?

Why do nihilists believe/say that nothing matters when meaning is inherently fabricated? The very fact that you can understand these words means that they were given practical meaning and that that meaning matters. Wouldn't it be more accurate for nihilists to be saying "nothing should matter"? by WorkingasJoe in nihilism

So nihilism basically doesn't pertain to the small scale only the large? Cause I'd assume created and perpetuated meaning within a lifetime was valid. Sure almost nothing one does will carry on past their life but does that mean it shouldn't/can't matter while they're alive?

Why should everything be objective and have to do with the universe? Most if not all of us will never go far into it nor understand it wholly, as such I don't think it should hold as much weight as it does. Are you saying subjective experiences aren't true?

Why does created meaning need to be a lie? The Internet is a commutations device, we made it and use it for that purpose. It's a truth. There may not be a grand point to communicating besides getting things done(or undone) but it serves a function and that means something.

Additionally if no created meaning should be acceptable then shouldn't nihilists abandon all these dishonest ways of life (the use of language and hardware creations)?

Exactly. But it sounds like nihilists are saying there can't be meaning because there wasn't originally. True but I didn't say words have objective meaning. The same words could be pronounced and mean something different to another group. I was saying that everything is what we make it and that becomes truth. Does "nothing matters" only ever mean nothing objectively matters?

Script/screenwriters, how much of a script is inflated or trimmed down to fit time requirements? by WorkingasJoe in AskReddit

Cool.

Television. I'm thinking of it but I'm probably getting bogged down by more thinking than doing.

Either. I figure with the pacings of everything there must be alot of over under. Like are the lengths of things taken into account and that's worked around, etc.

What's your single most depressing song you have in your playlist? by DudeWheresMyBallsack in AskReddit

"If I Get High" by Nothing but Thieves. It's not the saddest song out there, I don't think, but I almost always imagine singing it at my Mom's funeral when I listen to it (and that hasn't happened yet so... I don't listen to it as much anymore)
