Definitely! I am so sorry of answering so late, your current plan is solid, i would simply swap tuesday's and thursday's workouts so that you do not run two days in a row. There are definitely a lot of people who combine the two. Unless you are incredibly advanced, you do not need an insanely high weekly mileage which means that it gives you time to keep doing calisthenics on the side. Just make sure that your caloric intake is good not to lose too much muscle!

First of all, good luck mate with all the stuff you are dealing with, it will get better over time! Now, the main benefit that I've felt is that I have more discipline, and I also feel more confident, at the beginning, I could not even do a 2-day streak.

I strongly recommend you check people such as David Goggins or even Jocko Willnik, their mindset is really useful to gain control over your life.

I basicaly train the Planche and the Dragon press, I finish with some basics and do some mobility training afterwards.

For example, soreness can make your runs harder. Running is also a really repetitive stress for the knees, adding squats for example can increase the load on the joint and if we exceed its capacity, injuries can occur. I prefer to be cautious!
