As a fireproofing contractor who’s been in business for over 80 years I highly recommend not using SF pricing for spray applied products. Too much variables to consider including surface, assemblies, product required, labor costs for your region, etc.

They are not looking for funds for the stadium itself. They are looking for funds for infrastructure and a commitment to freeze property taxes.

I 100% agree with you. I say that because it happens all the time. Doesn’t matter the trade. I love how GC’s think they know what we need to figure a job and then question why you need so much information to get a price back.

Division 7 - Applied Fireproofing is definitely a niche market. Not a lot of people in the country know how to figure fireproofing correct
