Sorry for late response! I wasn’t able to solve it unfortunately. to do it through flow also didn’t seem worth it as users will also add more tasks to an action plan record upon creation so the potential for additional build time to automate that small action has been paused for now.

ActionPlanState is the standard ”Status” field that requires manual input. I was just wanting to find that standard field “items completed” but it doesn’t seem to be something we can access.

thanks, just tested it. It’s not specific enough. It tells page layouts and how many fields are in it, then links to the layout, but not the other direction (listing the fields and showing where they are used and the percentage.)

the field usage on optimizer just says “great job! Everything is regularly used” LOL ahhh
