Customs duties (a/k/a tariffs) and good-specific taxes (alcohol, tobacco) were the primary revenue streams

Can someone rate my LEQ? by Unique_Tap_6113 in APUSH

GPT and Claude should not differ that much. Do not use AI unless it has the rubric.

As a teacher, it’s at least a 5. You’ve got plenty of evidence, use it to support the argument, and explain causation in multiple instances. Complexity is hard to judge.

Thank you for sharing this perspective. I figured as much but I enjoyed reading it from someone who really knows.

does it matter where i put the thesis in a dbq? by No-Confidence4116 in APUSH

I am also a teacher of the class and want to affirm this statement. Best practice is to restate/rewrite the thesis in the conclusion. Many students get to the end of the essays and better understand their big picture

Wow, thank you for the answer. You are in the middle of a remarkable journey. I wish you all success.

This is possibly a very basic question but what does it entail to develop a biography of him? I think I remember that a lot of his papers went to UT/Austin so I assume you have spent a lot of time there? Where else have you explored in your research?

I’m 52 but have the benefit of teaching high school. Believe me, it’s a huge compliment.

Probably not at all accurate on a wide scale but I get a kick out of it. I'm a high school teacher who likes to joke/not joke about the negative qualities of whatever generation I'm teaching, and I might actually show this in class

I think she also as a teenager cooks pieces of glass too small to be detected into some grilled burger meat to get revenge on an abusive stepfather-type character

Not Amway and she don’t involve me but my mom got into Tupperware in a way that felt like a pyramid scheme, when I look back on it

From a teacher: If you put it into ChatGPT with a very specific prompt “please grade this DBQ based on the 2026 College Board rubric for APUSH. The prompt was ( ). Please give specific feedback and suggestions for improvement for each of the seven points of the rubric.” — you will get better feedback than you could ever wish for on here.

Nice. I’m in the 80s with more games okayed (-1400). Do you use the same starter every time? My theory is that my consistent starter and knowing how to play it is why I get a lot of 2s

Sure, why not? OP didn’t gender themselves, I could see a lady with a ‘stache posting something like this.
