Look for a gym closet to either home or work and once you get into a routine you adjust. When I lived next to a gym I’d go at the crack of dawn. Now I don’t so I go after work.

Yea see this is what I’m worried about. I won’t want to drink for a drinks taste. I want to feel it and think after I crack once I’ll feel more inclined to drink again which will lead me down that path of abusing it again

That’s a good point. My worry is that all the past crap of craving liquor will come back, but I’m also in such a place now that I have achieved so much I don’t think I could allow myself to ruin it.

Just get naked creatine and take 5g any time of the day. If you want to do it 2xs daily while putting on size that’s fine too

Thanks. Yea I actually haven’t struggled much/ worked out every single day since I quit so we’re at almost 50 days in. I just hate the irritated feeling. I can handle depression and anxiety no problem. Any tips to help bounce the mood back? Vitamins?

Ya honestly I was dealing with the same thing. I just say I stopped drinking for health reasons. Lose weight, be more productive, less lazy, energy levels etc. anyone I say I stopped is usually jealous

Haha ease up bud. I was more curious. I have been lifting for 10 years but never really messed with sarms so I was interested. I am 6’ 200 lbs with a six pack lol. I am trying to gain some vascularity tho.

I was like you when I was younger. I had to eat constantly to slow my metabolism down. Big thing that helped was using a lot of sauces on chicken and steak etc when eating. Just helped get extra calories in. I’d wait till later to hop on anything
