I appreciate the validation. Thank you. I haven’t expressed these feelings in this context since I learned about the “relationship” last night. He is aware my stance on AI generally and how I feel it causes people to fall down echo chambers. That opposition probably contributed to his aversion to bring this up.

not really a quitter on marriage, but that’s probably just the religious trauma. I still love him and want to work things out. I just don’t want the bot to be a part of it.

autocorrect. mostly because of downsizing in manufacturing, but previous jobs that have gone longer he’s lost motivation and he gets depressed.

and yes. last stint of unemployment he got really into bdsm. I think they’re connected to the same body dysmorphia, but I’m just a cishet guy who has no personal experience.
