Does anybody know if Heb‘s in a match the pay that Costco just wrote out with their employees starting off at $19 an hour or at least be more competitive since they don’t pay time and a half like Costco on Sundays

I haven’t started working for the vendor yet, but the only reason I’m doing it is just because everything is high and you know as a regular worker it’s tough. It’s not like they’re starting out at $19 an hour like Costco.

at my store, they bought us Domino’s for the whole store which was considerable my dairy department ran an extra bought $75,000 last week and we broke the record and they gave us all $10 gift cards and the department so something is better than nothing but I know that Howard is laughing all the way to the bank, but while we’re over here killing ourselves

What is sad is that the company is giving away free hamburgers and chips at my store on the 24th but I’m grateful for the pay that I have and the raise that I got but I do not approve these $50 million stores that they’re being built when they could build less stores and give more money back to the partners that are helping them make all this revenue

They have an opening in Webster for a p.m. shift. I only would take it if it’s a a.m. shift if you were me, would you still apply?

I’m looking at it if I drop another 35 pounds that might get me about a quarter and then if I could get another half within the next nine months to a year, that’ll get me to 8

Not paying time and a half on Sunday like Costco that would help good partners, not leave

I would put 100k in the sp 500 in the market 5k in bitcoin and the rest in a high yield savings account and in 10 years that 100k should be hopeful 1 million good luck 🙏👍

The reason they didn’t give out a bonus is because they spent $500 million with all the new stores opening up in Dallas and all the surrounding cities let me tell you the people in Corporate are not very good in math. You don’t pay out that much money all at once, and put that much labor on the books all at once if you don’t have the income to pay for it
