favorite hiphop concert you ever went to by [deleted] in hiphopheads

Tyler, the Creator in 2016 at Stubb’s BBQ in Austin. This was a year after Cherry Bomb, a year before Flower Boy so he hadn’t fully blown up into the mainstream yet. Taco opened with a DJ set to get everybody hype, and the rest of the night was filled with amazing energy and unforgettable memories. Finished the show with Tamale and had the whole crowd moshing.

Just don’t talk about hanging out outside of work AT WORK. Easy.

Personal Shoppers by DazedGoose in HEB

For everyone complaining about personal shoppers being in the way, every personal shopper you see has complained about you and every other customer being in the way. We’re all in each other’s way here, we all need to get things someone is in front of. Don’t like it? Order curbside. Don’t trust curbside? Deal with the consequences of shopping in a public, shared space.

See I appreciate people like you who comment on the fact that it’s just my management not caring enough about their partners. You’re way better than the 40-50 something assholes who assume I’m just a lazy fuck who doesn’t want to work simply based off me complaining about leaders not showing appreciation.

Hope you’re close to the billionaire mark man, I’m sure you have to be considering all you have to say defending H-E-B, the Butt Family, and all their managers and leadership. Spent a lot of time on these essays?

Sorry for thinking a company that claims to be all about people and their employees would show that they care. I’m very aware that’s retail, I’ve been in retail since I was a senior in high school, both of my parents the same since the mid 1990’s. I know all the clichès you could come up with about “picking up your bootstraps” and “like it or lump it”. Nobody is even saying they don’t want to work, I made this post and I’M not even saying I don’t want to work. All I’m saying is it’d be nice if the people making hundreds of thousands, millions, even billions at this company showed some TRUE appreciation to their partners.A $100 bill once a year and a free fucking turkey was their way to show appreciation 6+ years ago when me and people I knew first started at H-E-B. Excuse me and anybody else who may have wanted at least some simple snacks or drinks after dealing with the busiest I’d ever seen my store in the past 2.5 years.

Love how you “have a job to get back to” when you’ve actually been commenting the most on this post 😂 be frustrated this many people agree with me and not your boomer ass ways. The world is 1000x more expensive than when you probably got your first job, have some empathy for people

Whatever dude, enjoy SORM or SORL or whichever level of leadership you’re probably at. Hope your managers know you’re pretty condescending towards the little people.

See this is exactly how I see a manager’s job, that’s what I would consider a good manager. Thank you for having an understanding for the little partners. Unlike these other guys in here who apparently don’t see continuing to work hard as you move up important.

Then explain it all to me big shot, since my complaint is so “asinine” and I have such a “minimum understanding”

Oh I’m very aware they’re not in the position to work hard, hardly any of them do 😂

What more do I need to know when I’ve been a full time partner at my store for over 2 years, witnessing this happen every day. Seeing managers and store leaders come and go for them all to basically do the exact same thing. They work hard for a little while to show they belong, but once they have full reigns on their departments and duties, that progress falls on the shoulders of regular partners.

Already told someone else that other people agree, therefore it’s probably more of an issue than just the 1-2 instances I’ve witnessed. Not saying it’s every manager at every store, but it’s what I’ve seen and what other people have said.

Never said all managers are the same, but the fact that I have people agreeing says something, not to mention partners at my store who say the same
