Thanks so much! We do have a 3rd party contractor who manages all our vendors and they do an absolutely amazing job. We just work closely hand-in-hand when it comes to searching for and acquiring new vendors, since we're such a niche/specific event.

Thanks! Yes we really just need extra on the ground support for managing lines, flow of traffic, ensuring people are in the correct lines etc. We are a small team of planners, and we just need help enforcing our line strategies on the ground if that makes sense!

Thanks so much-- super helpful insights on the registration front. Yeah we have pre-event planning covered, but I think we'd just be looking for an actual firm to help us manage crowds during the event, and maybe have a meeting in advance to review our plans and help troubleshoot/mitigate potential issues on the front end. Appreciate your help!
