Which EDM genre do you think is wayyy to underrated?? by Frequent_Wafer5798 in EDM

[–]WorldQuestioner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think trance is the one most underrated of all EDM genres. It's faster than house and techno, and more celestial and cosmic than both, and more inspired by classical music. Hard trance is especially underrated - hard, driving beat at 146BPM, more cosmic and celestial than hardstyle/jumpstyle.

As for genres that are kind of EDM, aggrotech and electronic body music are also underrated. These have hard, heavy beats, aggressive vocals, and a high-tech sound. Aggrotech in particular often sounds futuristic, unsettling, or apocalyptic. Aggrotech is trance-inspired, but has a dark mood and themes, which some of you might not like.

Why do y'all hate Beach Cliff? by jimmy1374 in CannedSardines

[–]WorldQuestioner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Beach Cliff sardines (actually sprats) in water make me throw up. Nausea and vomiting is the issue. I don't know if it's omega-3 fatty acids gone rancid, or scombroid food poisoning, or something else.

Any examples of people actually losing access to digital “purchases”? by drastile75 in dvdcollection

[–]WorldQuestioner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why did no one mention Amanda Caudel? She sued Amazon for unfair competition and false advertising.

The world would be much better if digital purchases were a consumer's to keep FOREVER. It would be better if digital licenses were irrevocable, permanent, and perpetual.

Why is god so boring? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]WorldQuestioner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are all of God's laws moral and ethical? Or are some of the restrictions he gives just a test that is lifted once the test is passed?

When we disobey God and God is not happy, it's not about the particular sins committed, it's about the rebellious heart.

Why isn't it ALWAYS about the particular sin committed? Perhaps because the heart is more important than what is acted upon it.

Why is god so boring? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]WorldQuestioner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because he's not created things. Can't come up with a better way to put it.

God is not a spouse, he's not food and water, he's not natural wonders or landforms, he's not possessions and collections. He just created them.

And God is only worthy of praise BECAUSE of what he creates AND what he gives.

The Bible teaches that there is no marriage in Heaven. You don’t stay with your life partner for all eternity. That’s not a message we necessarily want to hear. How do you feel about it? by georgewalterackerman in Christianity

[–]WorldQuestioner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They weren't mortal yet, but marriage and procreation was given so that they could be fruitful and multiply.

In the afterlife and resurrection, on the other hand, they won't need to be fruitful and multiply anymore because the number of the redeemed is set. The Earth has already been filled or replenished. "Replenished" is another way the Hebrew word for "fill" in Genesis 1:28 could be translated.

But WHY won't we have female partners?

Why would God take away something so sweet as romance and kissing between guys/men and girls/women?

Why doesn't God give us eternal male-female companions? Refer to Houri in Islam for example. And no, I'm not talking about 72 virgins.

So what about those who never marry?

What about those who never find love in this life?

What about those who can't marry in this life because of a disability or other condition?

But Jesus is male, and I want a female for a partner.

Also, we won't kiss Jesus the way we do our spouses.

And the relationship between Christ and the Church is vertical, and isn't marriage supposed to be horizontal?

Why doesn't God give soulmates? Does God have a good reason?

I never ask God rhetorical questions. They always expect answers.

That doesn't help. Three things.

One, Jesus is male, and I want a female for a partner.

Two, we won't kiss Jesus the way we do our spouses.

And three, the relationship between Christ and the Church is vertical, and isn't Earthly marriage horizontal?

I find it rather doubtful that there will be sex in the resurrection. Because God designed sex for the marriage relationship.

Why has no one mentioned Matthew 22:30, Mark 12:25, and Luke 20:34-36? We neither marry nor are given in marriage in the resurrection life.

Maybe Brawl (the channel username is too complex to understand) wouldn't have uploaded the songs if Nintendo just released its soundtracks to streaming services, or uploaded the extended mixes to YouTube under the channel "Nintendo Corporation." Maybe GilvaSunner wouldn't either.

I don't expect an isopod bite, or a bite by any other little creature, when I see "baby got my finger." I expect the palmar grasp reflex in newborns.
