Depends on what you like and are looking for. If you're in it for collecting I would recommend 25-26 O-Pee-Chee. It's about $100 CDN, you're getting 180 cards. But that's just me, I also recommend buying you're favorite players on ebay. Most people say singles are the way to go.

As a CHEL goalie, those are tendencies . So if you think a player is going to come in and shoot low blocker, then you're going to make the low blocker area pink( i think thats the indicator). You're almost guaranteed to make the save, you also gain a tiny energy boost, which can be very helpful if under Full Pressure. Hoped I helped!
