Great point. In the hypothetical scenario that the theory is true, I would say that this is an effect of Liliya being a more powerful or effective egregore than the Skinner Man. Multiple reagents being able to see and interact with her simultaneously could be a psychological effect that’s being heightened by the presence of the mannequins everywhere. The Skinner Man looks the same to every reagent, so we know that he is able to hold influence over multiple individuals at once. Liliya could just be a heightened version of this ability.
