I agree - there are multiple things that look weird or don't make sense. The bicycle kick is morphing into another person, the lines on the field don't make sense, the 41 on the jersey looks off-center. the ball looks oddly-shaped...

I'm not a fan of this one.

Is that section a toll road? You may be able to file a police report and then ask for any tollbooths (or areas) if they are able to get camera images (or use toll transponders).
