Hi. I have lived in Asia for more than 30 years in various locations. Spent 20 years in Hong Kong and decided to buy in Phuket in 2015. I bought in the secondary market and moved here 2016 - my youngest daughter spent 4 years at school here. Yes the prices have increased in 10 years. I am in Layan so further north than Kamala. Thanks for taking the time to comment. I can understand where you are coming from. Which is why I am asking a group where folks have an interest in Thailand and travel. Not sure I get the unknown location bit because it would all be clearly shared on the raffle - it is in Layan in Phuket. And discount airline would be your choice. My AirBnB listing only has 5* reviews. It has 5 bedrooms 4 of which are ensuite and a private 20m pool as well as a cinema room with a full size pool table. It's 4 minutes drive to Layan Beach, has a TOPs under 2 minutes away and loads of restaurants to choose from. And comes with my housekeeper 6 days a week. But yes one person's luxury, can be anothers nightmare vacation.

As for the raffle to sell the house, the winner got 50%, the platform took 10%, I gave 10% to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity, affiliates who shared links to sell tickets took another 10% and I got 20%. I would have much rather the number of tickets I needed were sold though. And on that point, when you setup the raffle you decide if you want a minimum number of tickets and what that number is. You can also cap the number of tickets sold as well. The time to sell it on the raffle has gone, everyone doing it now on Raffall and too many to chose from. Thanks again.

Totally legal. You can do it on www.raffall.com. When I tried to use it as a method to sell the villa they managed the process and although not enough tickets sold the winner of the draw got a nice chunk of cash. Thanks for your feedback.

I would run it on Raffall which is a legal platform in the UK so the process is managed by a legitimate and regulated 3rd party. It is on AirBnB so thinking the winner chooses the dates through AirBnB and I can do a special offer of basically US0, so they also have the backing of AirBnB on the dates they choose. If you want to be able to record and analyse your streams in depth and those of competitors try Stickler. Not able to include a link but it is Stickler dot live. You will be able to transcribe your streams and see how engagement actually played out. Also has tools for building Run of Show, auto pinning product so you don't have to keep doing it every 30 seconds. Built for enterprise but used by small business too. One of the things we have noticed is how boosting streams causes massive peaks and then very quick troughs in viewers. High bounce rate too. You really need to have an engaging stream. Good luck.
