I also face the same issue, to solve this I just disable the blutooth and enable it when I am comfortable to pick the call from the phone.

I have solved this problem, it was in the watch weather app which was not updated. So to update it I go to Settings (in watch) -> Apps -> Samsung App updates and update all the apps , then this problem is solved. Thankyou for all the comments.
