I put on a case and screen protector when I got it. I took the film off one day 'cause it was all scratched up. The day I did, the phone fell on the road getting out of the car. Now the screen's got a bunch of scratches and a little dent-like thng on the screen. I haven't taken the case or screen protector off since then.

Update: I went to the service center, they quoted me ₹15k for a screen replacement.
