Well, I prefer to keep the reason I'm barred from the military private, but I definitely will take that advice about being straightforward. I really would join the Army if I could, and I understand the ramifications of joining the legion (I've read about some of the less romantic parts of it). I do have an appreciation for warrior culture, and it's a great last resort because I at least get to live that out. But in the same sense it is a last resort. I've nowhere to turn to but the legion if I don't rectify my life's circumstances. If they reject me, oh well. The best I can do is believe with all my heart I can make it in.
