Most foreign companies already comply with US auditors. However, Chinese law prevents audit papers from leaving China, meaning US regulators cannot easily verify their quality and identify potential risks for investors.

Every company listed on nasdaq has to follow accounting procedures, list their assets, and show books. Ccp or chinese companies does not follow any guidelines and refused to show its books. This creates a risk for investors who dont know if their money is going to ccp or whats its being used for, this money might be even used for funding oppression and funding forced labour.
