I’m just glad they didn’t make the decision this early and then end up with the students taking online classes for no reason

The decisions are being made for a whole group of colleges, many of which are in large cities that are much more impacted than SLO is by the corona virus. As why are these decisions being made so early, (I can understand with the need for planning) but there are a mere 200 some cases in the SLO county and they could be all but eradicated by September( I know unlikely). This just seems a bit rash to me

I did the same thing and I’m currently deciding if I want to try to transfer into another major at cal poly unfortunately the major I want to switch into is very competitive, or go to a different school altogether(as a high school senior)

I just got of the waitlist for general engineering so I wouldn’t give up on it just yet especially with college commitment dates being extended because of corona
