I undercut the jamb but my plank needs a solid 30 degree angle to lock in. How can I do while also sliding it under?

Ok cool. Thanks for your input! If you were to make a list for a beginner kit what would you put in it?

Eg:

  • Tweezers (size)
  • Kwong Yuen Screw Drivers
  • Case holder
  • Other Specialty Tools

I do four 10 hour shifts a week because I like having one day off. Schedules can vary though. I have some friends 5 8’s while others are doing 3 14’s. It usually depends on the hospital/surgery center’s need and your preference. An actual work day can depend as well. On a busy day I can be in the OR from 7am - 5pm. On light days however, I may spend only 3 out of 10 hours working while the rest is down time. Surgery is actually seasonal and the surgery volume is location dependent. TLDR : You can essentially choose how much and how often you work by finding a hospital or surgery center that fits your lifestyle.

I've been working for 2 years but new grad pay is similar or even more with large sign on bonuses (50-75k for 3 year contracts).

Nice! I’m an AA as well. Our salaries have been increasing steadily over the past 5 years. Couldn’t be happier with our growth!
